Is It Safe To Purchase Online?

We are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, Bubbaroo uses secure payment systems with confidential payment details transmitting directly in an encrypted manner, for further information see our security & privacy page.

How Do I Purchase Or Add To My Shopping Bag?

From the home page, click on a product or one of the product categories. Then, when reviewing a product in any of the product ranges: -

  1. If you need to select a size, simply click on the appropriate size button.
  2. If you need to select a colour or colour combination, simply click on the appropriate colour button.
  3. Then, add the item to your shopping bag by clicking "add to shopping bag".
  4. The item will appear in your shopping bag and be shown on the screen. This will always be shown when you are in any section of the Bubbaroo website to remind you of your order.
  5. If another size or colour is required in that product range, follow the steps above and it will also be included in your shopping bag.

You may remove any selected style by clicking on the "bin" icon in your shopping bag at any time.

Once you are happy with all your order, click on the "checkout" icon to continue processing your order.

Do I Need To Register As A Customer To Order?

You are not required to register as a customer in order to place an order. You will be required to enter your details (ie name address, phone number and delivery details) to place an order. Registering as a customer, by ticking the box to register, will save time upon your return to the Bubbaroo Website as you won't be required to re-enter your details. On registering as a customer, you're provided with a User Name and Password.

What Do I Do If I Have Forgotten My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, we can have it reset for you. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.

  1. Visit the forgotten password page and enter your email (the one you used when you registered) and click on "forgotten your password".
  2. Your password will then be sent to your email address.
  3. If you do not receive the password by email within 24 hours, please contact us

For your own security, we will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Am I Able To Purchase Without Providing My Email Address?

For online purchases we require your email address to enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details

How Do I Send A Gift To Someone?

To send your order as a gift where the gift is wrapped and a card is included (for an additional cost of AUD$8), simply fill in the name and delivery details of the recipient of your gift in the delivery address section. You can also include a personal message, which can be written within the checkout area of our website. This message will be enclosed with your gift purchase.

Bubbaroo accept the following methods of payment on-line:

  • Visa/Visa Debit
  • MasterCard

For non credit card orders, we will despatch your order once payment is received. We accept cheques, bank cheques, money orders and direct deposit to our bank account. Cheques are required to be cleared prior to despatching your order. Please contact us at info@bubbaroo.com.au to make the necessary arrangements.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.

Returns & Exchanges

We trust you will be completely happy with your purchase from our website however, Bubbaroo will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product in original packaging for a refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 14 days of order date. We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will credit your original method of payment; excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered). Bubbaroo reserves the right to charge a processing charge of 5% of the payment where refunds are requested.  Proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt or gift receipt is required.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Postage & Delivery

Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes.

All Products will usually be posted within 24 hours after receipt of your payment, provided all items are in stock.

Bubbaroo uses Australia Post receipted delivery system. We recommend a work address if more convenient for delivery.

When ordering more than one product only the highest Postage cost will be charged (eg if you order a Milk BandTM, a Joey SwagTM Baby Sleeping Bag and a Fresh MumsTM tank top then you'll only be charged $10.00 delivery, as this is the highest Postage cost for the individual items ordered

Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.
