Competition Terms

To enter the Bubbaroo Bub of the Month Competition complete the competition entry form in all required fields and upload your photograph.

The Bub of the Month Competition commences on 1 January 2016 and closes on 31 December 2016.  

Entries for the Bubbaroo Bub of the Month Competition must be between 0 months - 6 years of age. In order to qualify entrants must be wearing either a Bubbaroo Joey Swag baby sleeping bag, Bubbaroo Joey Pouch Swaddle Wrap, Bubbaroo Joey Pod Transitional Swaddle Bag, Bubbaroo Blankie or Bubbaroo branded product.

Directors and employees of the Promoter including immediate families, agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. To enter the competition you must complete all required details (as above). Only one entry per baby, toddler or child will be considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

All entries remain the property of the Promoter and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

The Bub of the Month competition will commence on the first day of the month. Entries must be submitted through the Bubbaroo website by 5.00pm on the last day of the month to be eligible.  The Bub of the Month winner will be notified by the 15th of the following month.

Bub of the Month winners will be featured on www.bubbaroo.com.au and may be included in Bubbaroo email newsletters and other promotional material.

The winner of the Bub of the Month chosen by the judges will win a prize. The prize consists of one (1) available Bubbaroo product of the winner's choice from the Bubbaroo Colour Range.  

The prize is not transferable nor is it redeemable for cash or other goods. Winners will be notified by the Promoter by email or phone as soon as possible after the draw date to make arrangements for the selection and redemption of their prize. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or a prize remains unclaimed more than seven (7) days after the date of the relevant prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from entries submitted in for the month. The winner agrees to make themselves available for publicity purposes and the benefit of the prize is dependent upon the winner’s doing so if requested.

Bubbaroo Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the Bub of the Month Competition

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) by any entrant whether directly or indirectly as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected to this promotion and/or its prizes. The name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of each entrant will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition; its winners and to provide entrants with information from time-to-time about Bubbaroo products. Entrants can contact Bubbaroo Pty Ltd through its Help Centre on 1300 BUB ROO (1300 282 766) or email i[email protected] to request access to any of their personal information or to request that Bubbaroo not forward further information.

Entrants will be deemed to have understood the above rules and agree to be bound by them on entering the Bub of the Month Competition.
