Is It Safe To Purchase Online?

We are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, Bubbaroo uses secure payment systems with confidential payment details transmitting directly in an encrypted manner, for further information see our security & privacy page.

 

How Do I Purchase Or Add To My Shopping Bag?

From the home page, click on a product or one of the product categories. Then, when reviewing a product: -

  1. If you need to select a size, click on the appropriate size option from the drop down menu.
  2. If you need to select a weight, click on the appropriate weight option from the drop down menu.
  3. If you need to select a colour or colour combination, click on the appropriate colour option from the drop down menu.
  4. Then, add the item to your shopping bag by clicking "Add to Bag".
  5. The item will appear in your shopping bag and the appropriate number of items ordered will be shown in the circle next to the My Bag tab on the top right hand side of your page. This will always be shown when you are in any section of the Bubbaroo Website to remind you of your order.
  6. If another size or colour is required in that product range, follow the steps above and it will also be included in your shopping bag.
  7. You can select your currency and the price of the product will update to an estimate in your chosen currency. Please note that this is an estimate only, based on current exchange rates and subject to financial institution charges.

You may remove any selected style by clicking on the ‘x’ next to your item in My Bag at any time.

Once you are happy with all your order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" icon to continue processing your order.

 

Do I Need To Register As A Customer To Order?

You are not required to register as a customer to place an order, however you will be required to enter your details (ie name, address, phone number and delivery details). Registering as a customer, by ticking the box to register, will save time upon your return to the Bubbaroo website as you won't be required to re-enter your details. On registering you will become a Bub Club Member entitled to the following:

1) Exclusive offers and announcements

  • You'll be the first to know about special Bubbaroo offers, promotions and competitions.

2) Quick Checkout

  • An optional account means you will never have to fill in your contact details when buying from Bubbaroo. We use the contact details you have already entered, all you need to do is come up with a password.

3) Earn Loyalty Reward Points

  • You will earn Loyalty Reward Points that can be redeemed as a discount at the Check-out on your on-line purchases at the rate of 1 Loyalty Reward Point for every $10 spent on our website.

Once registered as a customer, you will be provided with a User Name and Password. Keep this handy for future visits to the Bubbaroo website.

 

What Do I Do If I Have Forgotten My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, we can have it reset for you.

  1. Select the Login In Icon at the top of the Bubbaroo website located on the left hand side. Select Forgot Your Password and enter your email address (the one you used when you registered).
  2. An email will be sent to your registered email address with a link to reset your password.Simply fill in your new password and select Reset a Password
  3. If you do not receive the password by email within 24 hours, please email [email protected].

For your own security, we will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Am I Able To Purchase Without Providing My Email Address?

For online purchases we require your email address to enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details.

How Do I Send A Gift To Someone?

To send your order as a gift, where the gift is wrapped and a card is included (for an additional cost of AUD8), simply complete the name and delivery details of the recipient of your gift in the delivery address section. You can also include a personal message, which can be written within the checkout area of our website. This message will be printed on a card and enclosed with your gift purchase.

Bubbaroo accepts the following methods of payment on-line:

  • MasterCard/MasterCard Debit
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian residents. For non-residents of Australia, all prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars less Australian GST and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution. Please bear in mind that taxes and duties in your home country or the country the goods are exported to may apply. Bubbaroo will not be liable for any taxes and/or duties imposed by your financial institution and/or government authorities.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We trust you will be completely happy with your purchase from our website, however, Bubbaroo will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product in original packaging for an exchange* from a purchase on our website within 21 days of receipt of purchase. If you require an exchange then you're required to call 1300 282 766 (Australia only), +61 89240 5648 (International) or email [email protected] to receive an authorisation number. We're unable to exchange your purchase without an authorisation number.

Once you have received an authorisation number, please send all items to be returned, including a note explaining reason for exchange and replacement product, to the following address:

If you have purchased your Bubbaroo product(s) from one of our Stockists, please contact the Stockist directly for their return policy for change of mind returns. We cannot accept returns of our products for change of mind purchases through a Stockist.

Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects.

 

Consumer Guarantee

Bubbaroo guarantees all products against manufacturing defects in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept responsibility where the care/washing instructions on the product and packaging have not been followed or general wear and tear.

The washing instructions on the packaging, product and  website, as set by the zip manufacturer, state that all products must be zipped up during washing and drying. In addition, the washing instructions state that only Joey Swag Sleeping Bags should be tumble dried on a low heat setting.Bubbaroo use YKK brand of zips which are of premium quality and have been subject to a number of tests, with internationally recognised independent testing agencies, for strength and durability and they surpass the Australian and International Standard.  If the product is washed and dryed zipped up then the teeth of the zip cannot be ripped off.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please either call our Customer Service Team on 1300 282 766 (Australia only) or +61 8 9240 5648 or email us [email protected] so an assessment can be made.  All returns must be accompanied by acceptable Proof of Purchase, otherwise we will be unable to assist you.

If the goods need to be returned then:

  1. Goods must be clean.
  2. Goods must be accompanied with your order details and an explanation regarding any fault.  Bubbaroo ask for your honesty in completing this form. We will endeavour to resolve any issue you have with our products within the guidelines of our Policies and Procedures.
  3. Goods returned will be assessed and replacement goods will be despatched once approved. In the case that goods returned are not deemed faulty, we will contact you.


Bubbaroo cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects after 21 days from date of purchase from our website. 

 

Australian Postage & Delivery

Products are despatched from our warehouse on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Orders must be received by 12noon (WST) or prior on the day of despatch to be included. Orders received after 12noon (WST) will be sent on the next possible despatch day.

Bubbaroo uses Australia Post eParcel for deliveries within Australia and your order can be tracked. Please note that Australia Post can deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes.

All deliveries within Australia require a signature, should Australia Post attempt delivery and no one is available to sign then your order will not be left. Australia Post is required to leave a card advising you to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post Office. Please bear in mind that these cards have been known to go missing, so please check at your local Australia Post Office if your oder is taking longer than expected. If your local Australia Post Office claims they have no knowledge of the parcel, please email us [email protected] or call us on 1300 282 766.

You can obtain a quote for shipping costs in My Bag which will show either Regular Australia Post $10 or Express Australia Post $15. You can proceed through Checkout to confirm postage costs without placing an order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order. International Postage & Delivery

All products will be despatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment, provided all items are in stock. We will contact you as soon as possible where items are out of stock.

Bubbaroo uses Australia Post eParcel for International deliveries. Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We may not be able to deliver to Post Boxes or Poste Restante in your local country - please click here for destination specific information. We recommend a business address if more convenient for delivery.

You can obtain a quote for shipping costs in My Bag. You can proceed through Checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline payment of your order. You can choose from the following delivery methods:

  1. Air Mail - which provides no tracking and is delivered withihn 3-10 business days*
  2. Air Mail with Extra Cover/ Insurance - Air Mail with cover against loss, theft or damage, proof of postage and signature on delivery. Extra Cover may not be available for your destination, please click here for destination specific informaiton.
  3. Express Courier International - offers reliable door-to-door delivery within 2-5 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.* In addition, Express Courier International provides tracking for most destinations.*
  4. Express Courier International with Extra Cover/Insurance - Express Courier International with cover against loss, theft or damage, proof of postage and signature on delivery. Extra Cover may not be available for your destination, please click here for destination specific information.

Bubbaroo will not be liable for loss, theft or damage whilst in transit. Accordingly, if available for your destination, the additional cost of Extra Cover/Insurance is AUD5.30 and may be worth the investment.
